Crystal Pancipanci—professionally known as PANCI—is a self-made entrepreneur and one of Hawai‘i’s most sought-after visionaries in style, beauty, and creative production. As a Celebrity Stylist, Professional Makeup Artist, Image Consultant, and Fashion Show Producer, she is widely recognized for curating signature looks and elevating fashion profiles for public figures, artists, and brands throughout the Pacific and beyond—a transformational process fondly called getting “Pancified.”

She is the founder of PANCI STYLE LLC, a boutique media production and image branding agency based in Hawai‘i with global reach. Under her creative direction, PANCI and her team specialize in crafting high-impact visuals and styling across the industries of:

She also serves as Key Makeup, Hair & Wardrobe Lead for commercial campaigns including Disney Aulani, Sensei Lanai, and the HVCB Knowledge Bank Campaign, spanning multiple islands and production crews.

PANCI’S editorial and advertising work appears in Modern Luxury, Miami Magazine, Riviera Magazine, Ala Moana Magazine, Tommy Bahama, Hurley, Harry Windston and on the runways of Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s. PANCI also partners with Sephora and ULTA as a Brand Ambassador and Beauty Expert.

As a respected media personality, PANCI has appeared on The TODAY Show, Good Morning America, and regional TV segments on Hawaii News Now, Living Local, KITV4, and KHON’s Living 808, where her “Dear Panci” style segment offers advice, trend reports, and real-talk solutions to everyday glam.

With a career that began backstage styling & glam APPI icons like Kimora Lee Simmons, Carrie Ann Inaba, Daniel Dae Kim, and Grace Park, PANCI has since built a powerhouse brand known for excellence, empowerment, and authentic island style.
